Cómo limpiar un vapeador

When you have bought a vape that has cost you a good amount of money because it is of quality, the regular maintenance that you should give it is very important. For this reason, we will tell you below the precise and proper steps you should know about how to clean a vape.

First of all, it is important to know that all vaporizers are made up of different components. The basic elements include a tank, a coil and a battery. All of these can be separated, which makes cleaning the device much easier.

Cleaning the tank

As a recommendation, the tank (the section that holds the e-liquid) should be cleaned every time you change the flavor of the e-liquid. If you tend to stick to one flavor and rarely change it, you should try to clean your tank at least every 1-2 weeks anyway.

The flavor of your e-juice may not taste as good if the tank is not cleaned regularly.

Coil cleaning

Unfortunately, you can't exactly clean your vaporizer coil. Over-wetting the coils in this way can ruin them and cause them to burn out.

When the coil deteriorates a bit from wear and tear, you simply need to replace it completely. Coils generally need to be replaced about once every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how often you use your vaporizer.

You can tell when your coil needs to be replaced because the flavor will become slightly burnt and the coil looks visually darker.

Battery cleaning

When we talk about the battery, we are referring to the main thick mod section of your vape, not the actual battery inside it. However, there is no need to thoroughly clean this section of your vaporizer.

You definitely do not want to clean this section in the same way you would your tank, as the battery contains all of the electronic components that make up an electronic cigarette. Electricity does not mix with water.

Instead, simply wipe the outside of your mod with an antibacterial wipe to remove germs, dirt and debris. This will be a completely sufficient cleaning for this section of your device.
