In case of a mistake from our side:

If you have received a product that is not listed on the invoice, please contact us with the order details and we will send our logistics operator to collect the product. Once we check that it is in perfect condition, with manuals, box, original packaging and unused, we will send the ordered product as quickly as possible. If this wouldn't be possible, we will refund you the money. In both cases, ENSPIRAR will bear all transportation costs and manage the collection.

In case of receiving a defective product:

In case that the product is defective, ENSPIRAR will proceed to send a new product at no cost to the consumer. ENSPIRAR, will also respond to the lack of conformity of the product by the customer within a period of 2 years from delivery. To do this, the consumer must inform ENSPIRAR of this lack of conformity within a period of 2 months since when he became aware of it, in accordance with the Consumer Goods Legal Conformity Guarantee law established by the 1999/44 / EC European Directive.

In case you are not satisfied with the product:

If you have received a product and you are not satisfied with it, you have 14 days to return it without any justification. You must simply inform ENSPIRAR of the desire to return the product within the stipulated period and send it to us (shipping costs will be paid by the customer). Once we verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will refund you the amount.

Cancellation of the order:

You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost, since you communicate it before the order has been shipped. In the event that the cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped, the customer will assume the shipping costs and the possible return costs of the order.

Warranty of our products:

In the event of a defective product, ENSPIRAR will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace or lower the price, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. ENSPIRAR will respond for the lack of conformity within two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform ENSPIRAR of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
